There have been rumors that TNA Wrestling was for sale for quite some time now, but the main issue of any deals to sell the company were that Dixie Carter is to remain the majority owner no matter what.

For a minute there, it seemed that Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc could buy TNA Wrestling in what would have been an interesting turn of events, but it’s now being reported that TNA is officially under new ownership.

According to a report from RingSideNews.com, Aroluxe Marketing has taken ownership of TNA Wrestling and have officially registered the “TNA” name for the next five years.

Aroluxe has been assigned TNA’s payroll, which will factor into the exclusive deals the company has been trying to secure for some time now. There are some interesting details on his deal.

For example, Aroluxe is conducting business under “TNA”, “Aroluxe Media” and “AMSM Productions.” It is important to note that other names such as “Impact Ventures LLC, TNA Entertainment, and even TNA Wrestling are still owned by the original company, which Aroluxe has nothing to do with on their side of the ownership.

As for the Dixie Carter situation, she isn’t going anywhere. Carter is still the majority owner of TNA, which will either help or hurt TNA depending on your point of view.

Do you think TNA can grow into a much stronger brand in the wrestling industry?
