The night before the 2018 Royal Rumble PPV, Alicia Fox suffered a broken tailbone and was forced to miss the first Women’s Royal Rumble Match in WWE history. Four months later, the former WWE Divas Champion still hasn’t made her return to WWE television.
Her booking wasn’t anything to brag about before the injury took her off the road. Fox’s dynamic with the WWE Universe isn’t anything special either, but no one is denying her talent and experience. Some people argue she deserves better after 12 years with WWE.

According to a new report from PWInsider, Alicia Fox is scheduled for some upcoming Raw events. Unfortunately, there’s no update on her being medically cleared to compete inside a WWE ring again. However, WWE officials bring injured stars behind the scenes all the time to be evaluated or to discuss creative plans for their upcoming WWE return.
The WWE Universe isn’t expecting much from Fox on WWE television at this point in her career. She’s never completely gotten over as a babyface in her career. She has had a bit more luck as a heel and there are plenty of babyfaces on Raw who could use a rub.
The unpredictability of her character makes Alicia Fox a compelling character:
Ember Moon, Nia Jax, and Ronda Rousey could all work with Fox to have solid matches and get quality victories over a former WWE Women’s Champion. If WWE officials have something more substantial planned for her, most fans would welcome it. She’s a good hand, but her WWE career has been rather forgettable. Fox still has time to change that, but it’s going to take some help from the WWE Universe and the powers that be as well.
