They kind of have a plan. We are just over two weeks away from Summerslam and that means it is time to start getting ready for the rest of the card. There are some matches already set up but some of them still need to be made. This includes some of the bigger matches on the show and now we have an idea of how one of the bigger matches will be a bit different.

While a match between them has not been made, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre have been feuding extensively in recent months. In addition, Seth Rollins has gotten involved as he has issues with both of them. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the current plans do not call for Rollins to be added to a Punk vs. McIntyre match, meaning it would remain a singles match rather than a triple threat. Rollins will however be involved in the match in some form.
This is a big one. Check out all three people involved:
Opinion: That is a relief as McIntyre vs. Punk has been set up as the big one on one showdown for the last few months. I want to see those two fight and that should be a heck of a brawl once it happens. Rollins is a piece of the story but he isn’t one of the major pieces. Letting him get involved is one thing, but he doesn’t need to be an official part of the match.
