The new home? WWE has been changing the way they do business in a lot of areas and some of those changes have shaken up some longstanding traditions. This includes the locations where major events are held, with some shows being taken to different locations. Now though, one location could be in line for some of the biggest events WWE presents in any given year.

According to WrestleVotes, WWE and the Indiana Sports Corporation are close to a multi-year deal which would bring multiple major WWE events to the state. The first of these events would be the 2025 Royal Rumble on February 1 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The same venue would likely eventually host a WrestleMania and a Summerslam, with dates to be announced. WWE has yet to comment on the deal. Indianapolis hosted WrestleMania 8, Summerslam 2008 and most recently, Fastlane 2023.

Opinion: This is what WWE is going to be doing for a long time to come, as they are going to have long term deals with major cities and venues for such events. There is nothing wrong with that whatsoever either, as there is something rather interesting about seeing venues getting an event. At the end of the day, putting WrestleMania, the Royal Rumble and Summerslam in an NFL sized stadium would work just fine for WWE and that seems to be where we are going.
