Yes, even less. Roman Reigns has dominated WWE for the better part of three years now and there is nothing to suggest that it will be changing anytime soon. Reigns is rapidly approaching 1000 days as Universal Champion, though he does not appear for WWE full time. Now though, it seems that he will not be appearing even as often as he does at the moment.

According to Xero News on Twitter, Reigns is expected to take a hiatus after Summerslam, though he will not be away full time. Instead, Reigns will be making fewer appearances, including in Saudi Arabia in October and Survivor Series, though it is not clear what he will be doing. Reigns will be back from the Royal Rumble through WrestleMania 40 on a more full time basis. There is no word on if Reigns will lose the title before going on hiatus.

Reigns is a force in WWE. Check out what he has been doing:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that can make things feel rather weird in WWE, especially if Reigns is taking the title with him. It doesn’t exactly make his title reign feel that much more impressive, as he is padding his run while not defending his title. I’m curious to see where it goes, but he very well may be doing it with his title reign having ended after a very long time.

What do you think of the idea? Will Reigns lose the title this year? Let us know in the comments below.
