WATCH: The Rock Drops Rap In New Music Video

He needed another career. There have been a lot of stars in wrestling history but there has not been anyone like the Rock. He went from a huge wrestling star to the biggest star in wrestling to the biggest star in Hollywood, which is beyond what anyone could have really expected from him. Rock has become an entertainment titan and now he is venturing into another area.

The Rock is featured in a new music video from Tech N9ne where he raps the final verse of the song. The song, called Face Off, also features Joey Cool and King Iso. This is Rock’s first ever recorded rap, though he did record a song called Pie for a WWF Music CD in 2001. There is no word on if Rock will be venturing further into music or if this is a one shot appearance.

Opinion: I’m not a rap fan so I have no idea if this is good quality or not, but there is something amazing about seeing the Rock getting into yet another entertainment field. You do not see someone getting so good at all of these different things and it is great to see that it is a former wrestling star. Odds are this is a one off thing but it seems to be something fun and that’s where Rock excels.
