Watch: Mauro Ranallo Reacts to His WWE Return

Mama Mia. As you’ve probably heard, Mauro Ranallo made his return to WWE last week and has already filmed a full taping’s worth of “NXT” episodes. It’s rather surprising that he came back to the company after all the issues that led to his departure but he seems to be back for good.

WWE recently caught up with Ranallo to talk about his return to the company and how important it is to him to see the future of the company before his eyes. The interview also goes into Ranallo’s other endeavors, including a discussion of the upcoming Conor McGreggor vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. boxing match, which Ranallo will be calling.

Opinion: If nothing else, the man has some excellent enthusiasm. Ranallo just seems like someone who could get fired up watching an elementary school kickball game and that’s not something you can fake. He’s going to make some amazing calls going forward in NXT and that’s going to be a very valuable asset for the promotion’s future.
