He’s here too. Every so often, you will see a wrestler become something of a loose cannon, as they cannot be controlled and are often causing trouble for any promotion. This might be due to delusions of grandeur or someone thinking that they have been wronged in some way. That is what we are seeing again in WWE and now he has invaded a rather important company event.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Showdown: WWE Confirms Another Title Match For Monday Night Raw On Netflix Premiere

After last weekend’s Saturday Night’s Main Event went off the air, Kevin Owens attacked WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and took the Winged Eagle title belt that Rhodes had been carrying for the special occasion. On Wednesday, WWE held a Kickoff event for Monday Night Raw’s move to Netflix in January. Owens crashed the event and yelled at host Michael Cole, declaring himself the real WWE Champion and carrying the Winged Eagle title. Owens eventually exited voluntarily, albeit after yelling even more. Owens has said that he plans to bring the title to upcoming WWE live events.

This was something. Check out the event plus Owens’ recent actions:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that can make for an interesting situation, as Owens running around with his own title and claiming to be the rightful champion can set up a big rematch with Rhodes down the line. For now though, Owens is bringing the kind of chaos that he can offer and that is one of the best ways that WWE can use him when they are given the chance.
