Always stay for the extras. There’s almost always something taking place after “Monday Night Raw” goes off the air and this week it was something special. What is normally a tag match between people who have been on the show already was replaced by a very special appearance this week.
After “Monday Night Raw” went off the air this week in Portland, Brock Lesnar of all people came out and issued an open challenge to anyone in the locker room. Big Show came out and was quickly dispatched with an F5. You can see video of the moment below, which is similar to what has happened in their recent house show match.
Now that’s a surprise. It’s certainly better than having a regular tag match with people you’ve seen multiple times earlier in the night. Lesnar is still a bigger star than 99% of the roster and having him come out and destroy Big Show, who isn’t going to lose a thing, is perfectly fine. It didn’t need to be a match or anything like that and the fans get sent home after seeing something cool.
Do you think Lesnar wins at “Wrestlemania XXXIII”? Should the match be for the Universal Title? Let us know in the comments below.
