It’s not how you start but rather how you finish. There’s no secret to the fact that Wrestlemania is the biggest wrestling show of the year. Nothing compares to it and things that happen there are remembered more than any other night of the year. There are matches, moments and segments that will never fade away as some are so much bigger than others. While the Wrestlemania moments are pushed hard by WWE, the most memorable part of the show is often the ending, which is where WWE is going today.

The big ending always works.

Greatest WrestleMania endings: WWE Top 10, March 31, 2018

WWE has released a video of the Top Ten Wrestlemania Endings of all time. These are almost all game changers for WWE in one way or another, though of course some are much bigger and more influential than others. Several of these moments changed the wrestling world for years to come, often as a passing of the torch or farewell to a wrestler or era in the company’s history. Many of them end in a title change, which often closes a Wrestlemania to really shake things up moving forward.

Remember how last year’s show ended? Here’s how it went down.

Opinion: I was worried that Hulk Hogan slamming Andre the Giant wasn’t going to make it onto the list but thankfully it was there, and even in a fairly high spot. The choice for #1 is a little bit of a stretch but at the same time, it was one of the most emotional moments in the company’s history. I’d have gone with Hogan’s slam, but I can understand that they can’t quite do that right now given the situation with Hogan. The other option would have been the Undertaker retiring, but that seems to not matter any more because John Cena gets to be a jerk every week and act like undertaker is some horrible person.
