Video: See John Cena’s Emmy Nominated Commercial

You can see him here. It’s no secret that John Cena is branching out into various other forms of entertainment. He’s becoming a name in acting and has performed well enough in his roles to warrant a few important spots, including one in a PSA from the Ad Council, which is up for quite the award.

Cena’s “We Are America” ad, as part of their Love Has No Labels campaign, has been nominated for an Emmy Award for Best Commercial. The ad features Cena walking through the streets, talking about how America is made up of a variety of people and patriotism means loving all of them no matter what. Here’s the award nominated ad:

Opinion: Cena might not (and probably won’t) win but it’s quite the coup. The fact that he was put into something like this and can list himself as an Emmy nominated actor helps quite a bit. You know WWE is going to push the heck out of this around awards time (September 9/10) and they’re right to do so. The ad is good and that’s what matters most here though with Cena being a big part of it.
