That’ll make a highlight reel. One of the big draws of this week’s “Elimination Chamber 2018” was the signing of Ronda Rousey, who debuted last month at “Royal Rumble 2018” but was to sign her contract tonight. It was clear that something was going to happen, but the question was how big it would be.
Tonight at the pay per view, Kurt Angle, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were in the ring with Rousey for the signing. Angle let it slip that the other two wanted to control Rousey with McMahon having called her a has been. Triple H was then put through a table and McMahon slapped Rousey, who scared her off. Here’s a look at the brawl, including the table spot and the slap.
Ronda Rousey puts Triple H through a table at her contract signing: WWE Elimination Chamber 2018
Opinion: I loved this segment and it worked so perfectly well. They didn’t have Rousey get her hands on McMahon and that can set up something much bigger at “Wrestlemania XXXIV”. The table spot looked great as Rousey seemed to throw Triple H through it with ease. It was a great moment and Rousey looked like a star, which she should be every time.
