Take a break. More often than not, wrestling matches take place inside a wrestling ring. That might sound like a rather simple concept but it’s something that is kind of taken for granted. The ring is a really obvious part of a wrestling match and it’s how wrestlers learn to practice their craft. Sometimes it doesn’t exactly hold up though, and that was the case over the weekend.
That’s not what they meant by taking a break. Check out what happens after a ring breaks:
On Sunday night at a WWE live event in Omaha, Nebraska, the middle ring rope broke during a match between WWE Champion Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles. The match wasn’t stopped and Bryan even used the rope as a weapon during the match, according to Ringsidenews.com. Things did slow down a bit, though Styles said that he didn’t need a rope to defeat Bryan. Styles went on to lose the match.
Opinion: It happens sometimes. This is just one of those things that can take place at times and it’s not like it really changed much of anything. Bryan and Styles are more than talented enough to work around something like this and thankfully no one was hurt. It’s not like it’s something that is going to happen every single night so just work around it and do what you can.
