VIDEO: NXT Star Arrested, Taken To Police Car During Show

It’s a way to go. There are all kinds of ways to advance a storyline in wrestling and some of them are presented in less than conventional ways. Those are the stories that can often make the biggest impact, especially if they are done well. That seems to be the case with a current NXT star and it was moving forward again this week, with a rather unique situation taking place.

This week’s NXT featured an in-ring segment between North American Champion Oba Femi and Wes Lee. During the segment, the fans in attendance were distracted by something happening out of the ring. A post on social media has shown that Brooks Jensen made an unauthorized appearance in the crowd and was arrested. Later in the show, Jensen was shown being taken to a police car. This is part of Jensen’s story which is seeing him upset with how he is being used in NXT and having various incidents at the shows.

Opinion: This is one of the more interesting stories taking place at the moment as it is certainly not something you see very often. Jensen has not been doing much in the ring as of late but this is getting him more attention than he has received in recent months. Hopefully the payoff winds up being worth the effort, as there is some potential to what has been set up.
