VIDEO: Attack Continues After Impact Wrestling Ends

We’re not done yet. While WWE and AEW have gotten most of the attention in the wrestling world, they are not the only top wrestling promotions in the world. There are other shows around the country and some of them have done rather well for themselves. Some promotions have been around for a very long time and they deserve some attention as well. Even more than their weekly television shows allow.

Impact Wrestling has been chugging along in recent months, including becoming a bit of a secondary home for some AEW wrestlers. That has become one of the more interesting stories going at the moment, but there have been a few different stories going on at the same time. One of them took a big turn this week and it took place after the television show went off the air.

There’s more to it than that. Check out what happened after Impact Wrestling ended this week:

Impact Wrestling has posted a video to Twitter showing Ken Shamrock attacking a host of officials and his friend/partner Sami Callihan after the show ended. Shamrock was enraged followed the end of this week’s show and attacked everyone while being in what he refers to as being in his zone. This came after Shamrock’s first match in Impact Wrestling since the November 24, 2020 Impact Wrestling.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that you have to expect as Callihan and Shamrock always seemed to be a bit volatile at best. It makes sense to have them split up because Shamrock is someone who could give a lot of people a bit of a rub or even be pushed himself. I’m not sure I see the point in having him as part of a team, so this might be the best for everyone involved.
