That’s the biggest fight of the summer. With less than a month to go before “Summerslam 2017”, it’s high time to start setting up the card. One of the main events that needs to be set is the Universal Title match as we don’t know who Brock Lesnar will be defending against. That decision was made in the opening segment of “Monday Night Raw”.
General Manager Kurt Angle opened the show and announced that he had made his decision on Lesnar’s opponent. Before he could announce the opponent though, Braun Strowman, Samoa Joe and Roman Reigns all came out to say why they should be having the title shot. Angle eventually changed his mind and announced a four way for the title instead of a singles match.
Who will challenge Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam?: Raw, July 10, 2017
Opinion: I can go for this. Lesnar vs. Reigns is likely being saved for “Wrestlemania XXXIV”, Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe was just done and I’m not sure Strowman is ready for the main event of the second biggest show of the year on his own. The four way offers a lot more options and it could be a very fun match, especially if it’s given the right amount of time.
