Twice As Nice: WWE Couple Announces Birth Of Second Son

Congratulations! To say that wrestling is a complicated profession would be a huge understatement. Wrestlers are often on the road and traveling from one event to another. That makes it difficult to find time for a personal life or to raise a family, but occasionally wrestlers find time with each other together. That is what two stars have done and now there is a great result.

Cassie Lee (formerly known as Peyton Royce) and Shawn Spears have announced the birth of their son, Harley Dean, who was born on June 21. This is the couple’s second son, following the birth of Austin Jay in January 2023. Spears returned to WWE earlier this year while Lee has not wrestled anywhere since October 2023. There is no word on when or if she will return to the ring.

This is great to hear. Check out the couple’s time in WWE:

Opinion: That’s about as great of an announcement as you can make and it is amazing to hear that the baby and family seem to be healthy and happy. Their in-ring careers can be put on hold until later if need be because this is what matters more than anything else. While I’d like to see Lee get back in the ring, she has some far more important things to worry about now and there is nothing wrong with that.
