Try It Again? Update On Bobby Lashley And MVP's WWE Statuses, Possible Future Plans

They’re done? At some point, every wrestler who comes to WWE has to leave and go see what else is out there. This might happen more than once, as some wrestlers leave WWE, come back and then leave again. It can be interesting to see what happens when they leave, as it can lead to another look elsewhere, which might be in the cards for some departing WWE Superstars.

Earlier this week, it was reported that a handful of WWE Superstars were set to leave the company in the near future, including both Bobby Lashley and MVP. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, both are expected to leave within the next few weeks, though there are some discrepancies over whether or not the two were offered new deals. There is also the chance that the two could pitch a Hurt Business reunion (albeit under a different name) with Shelton Benjamin in AEW, though there is no word on if AEW would be interested.

Opinion: I can get the idea of wanting to get the Hurt Business back together again, but it’s almost hard to fathom that WWE cannot come up with something for the two of them. They’re that good both either on their own or together, but here we are, with the chance to see them going elsewhere. I’m curious to see where they go next though, because there is certainly potential in both of them.
