That’s A Lot At Once. SmackDown World Title Match Set For Elimination Chamber.

It fits the Elimination Chamber name. Daniel Bryan is on a roll. He’s been WWE Champion for a little over two months now and isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. He’s definitively beaten former champion AJ Styles more than once now and even has a follower in the monster Rowan. That means it’s probably time to move on to a new challenger, but as it turns out he’ll have a lot to worry about at once.

At the end of this week’s SmackDown Live, a host of wrestlers came out to confront Bryan, who had unveiled a new WWE Title belt. After everyone involved started to brawl, Triple H appeared on the screen, announcing that Bryan will defend the title against the five wrestlers (Samoa Joe, Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton, AJ Styles and Mustafa Ali) in an Elimination Chamber match on February 17.

Opinion: You had to know this one was coming as we’re less than a month away from the Elimination Chamber pay per view, which means we needed to have six wrestlers ready for one match. That was pretty clearly the case but that’s not a bad thing in something like this. If you have to do the match in February, do the match and set it up in a hurry, which is the best thing that you can do.
