He’s healing. There are all kinds of injuries in wrestling and some of them can keep a wrestler out of action for a very long time. You never want to see someone get injured and put on the shelf but unfortunately there is very little that can be done to prevent some of these things from happening. That is the case with a current WWE Superstar and now we know a bit more about what is happening.

On March 11, 2022, Big E. suffered a broken neck when a suplex on the floor was botched. Big E. has not wrestled since and has made limited appearances since his injury. During an interview with the Mike Broomhead Show, Big E. confirmed that he has still not been cleared to return to the ring. He also said that he did not have to undergo surgery and lives no pain or issues. There is no word on when or if Big E. will be cleared to return to the ring.

Opinion: This isn’t much in the way of new information but it shows that things are staying the same. We are coming up on three years since Big E. was injured in the first place and it is becoming more and more likely that he never gets in the ring again. At the end of the day, a neck injury can be a horrible situation and hopefully he is able to get to do whatever he wants, whether that means getting in the ring or not.
