In case wrestling isn’t enough for you. WWE has announced that
comedian Gabriel Iglesias will appear on this week’s episode of “Smackdown Live”. Iglesias is a long time wrestling fan who has appeared on the “Steve Austin Show” and even submitted a video application to “Tough Enough”. The announcement reads:
“Not only is Iglesias is one of America’s most successful stand-up comedians who performs to sold-out crowds around the world, he is one of the most watched comedians on YouTube. His non-scripted comedic docu-follow series “Fluffy Breaks Even” begin its third season on FUSE TV early next year. How will Iglesias fare when he comes to Team Blue? Find out this Tuesday as WWE Week rolls through SmackDown LIVE.”

I’ve never been a fan of the guest stars but one of the major keys has always been having the guest stars being a wrestling fan. Iglesias certainly fits that description and can be funny enough to validate being on the show. If this helps the show’s ratings (which I doubt it will) so be it, though it’s nothing I’m looking forward to
