Bring him back? With so many talented wrestlers on the WWE roster, there are only so many places for the stars to go. It can make for a difficult task, as at some point some wrestlers are not going to be able to get ring time. That can lead to some nice returns when someone shows up again after a lengthy absence, which is what we might be seeing again later this week.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Maybe Later? Another Update On Brock Lesnar’s Potential Return To WWE

According to PWInsider.com by way of Wrestlingnews.co, Shinsuke Nakamura is expected to be at this week’s SmackDown taping, though it is not clear if he will be appearing on television. Nakamura has not wrestled a televised match since April, though he has wrestled semi-regularly on recent live events. He is currently scheduled to wrestle a match for Pro Wrestling Noah on January 1 in Japan.

You might remember him. Check out Nakamura in WWE:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that could make for an interesting change, as Nakamura has been away from television for about six months. That is quite the waste of talent to have sitting on the sidelines, as it would be great to have him back for one reason or another. Even if it is just putting someone else over, Nakamura has value to the company and hopefully they are going to be using it again.

What do you think of Nakamura? How would you use him in WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
