Out There: WWE Reportedly Planning To Let More Wrestlers Appear Elsewhere In 2025

Spread the wealth. We are coming up on the end of the year an as a result the beginning of a new year as well. That means it is time to start seeing what WWE has in store for the new year, which could mean a variety of changes. In this case, it sees that we are going to be seeing an expansion of an idea that was used this year and it should make things all the more interesting.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is planning to have more of its wrestlers appear on the independent circuit in the new year. There were no specific wrestlers or promotions announced. This comes after WWE had several wrestlers appearing elsewhere during the year, including a months long crossover between NXT and TNA Wrestling.

Opinion: This has potential and that is nice to see, as there is something special about seeing WWE wrestlers elsewhere. At the end of the day, it is nice to have some WWE Superstars getting to wrestle in other promotions. It lets the fans in other companies have a thrill while also giving the WWE wrestlers a chance to try their hand in front of a different audience. That’s a win/win situation and those are always a good thing.
