There’s always room for one more. To say that WWE has all kinds of television content is an understatement. They almost have more than anyone could reasonable watch in a given week and it isn’t surprising when they keep bringing out new material. The shows offer a very wide range, but you never know when they might bring in something new to fill in whatever gaps they might have.
According to Wrestlinginc.com, WWE has filed a copyright claim for a new show called WWE Stomping Grounds, though there are few details about the show. The copyright, filed on April 15, does not explain what kind of show the new series would be, or when the show would debut. These announcements can lead to new shows airing rather soon, such as When Worlds Collide, which debuted less than a month after the copyright was filed.
I have no idea what kind of show this is going to be. Check out something else WWE did instead:
Opinion: With so few details, it’s hard to say what we could expect from something like this. The show could be anything from a regular wrestling show to a studio show to a children’s show in the vein of Slam City. You never know what WWE is going to put together, or even how frequently the show is going to run. That could be interesting, or it could be a disaster. Hopefully it’s the former, but there’s no such guarantee.
