And now, we know, One of the biggest stories over the last few months has been Dean Ambrose walking away from the company, thereby splitting up the Shield one more time. The WWE has certainly milked the split for all it’s worth and that’s the case again with a special this coming Sunday night. The show will consist of two matches and now we know who will be in those matches.

According to the website of the Taxslayer Center, the arena where the Shield’s Last Chapter event will be held Sunday night, the Shield will be facing the team of Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley. On the same show, Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor will defend against Elias. These matches do not align with this week’s Superstar Shakeup, though WWE could write that off by saying that the changes haven’t taken effect yet.

It’s going to be something like this. Check out the previous Shield farewell:

Opinion: These matches make sense, though it’s not exactly the best trio in the world to send the Shield off one more time. Corbin, McIntyre and Lashley have been teaming together for a few weeks now and they haven’t been the most impressive. I’m sure the match will be fine, even though we saw the exact same match last month at Fastlane. It was good then, so hopefully it will be the same here.

Do you like these matches? Will there be any surprise? Let us know in the comments below.
