He’s back. We are in a time of change for WWE as the company is seeing several people come into the promotion, either for the first time or returning. The latter can be rather interesting as someone can return with a history already established. They could be coming back for a special reason and now we might be seeing something similar to that taking place again.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WRESTLING RUMORS: Why WWE Did Not Shake Things Up In The Draft, More Changes To Come?
According to PWInsider.com by way of Fightful, Erick Rowan has signed a new deal with WWE and will be returning to the company, though it is not clear when. This comes amid rumors of Bo Dallas being used as part of the Wyatt 6 story, with Rowan being a former member of the Wyatt Family. However, there is no guarantee that Rowan will be part of the story. Rowan was released from WWE in April 2020 and has been wrestling on the independent circuit since.
Rowan had quite the run in WWE. Check out his previous time with the company:
Opinion: This is something that has been rumored for a good while now and it makes sense for Rowan to be brought back in, especially if he is going to be part of the Wyatt 6 story. Rowan is someone with one of the most unique looks in wrestling and WWE bringing him back in, even for a short run, is good to see. It almost has to be better than his time with the big spider, which needs to be forgotten rather quickly.
What do you think of Rowan? How will he do in his new WWE run? Let us know in the comments below.
