And no. WWE presents a variety of events throughout the week and some of them do not air on television. Occasionally there will be some matches that air at a televised event but do not make the broadcast. These matches often include guest stars from another WWE roster, making it all the more special. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest has announced that he was not going to be able to make it to this week’s SmackDown at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Priest revealed on Twitter that he was dealing with travel issues as his flight was delayed with the plane sitting on the runway. According to PWInsider.com, Priest was scheduled to face Jey Uso in a dark match.

Priest has been on quite the roll. Check out what he has been doing lately:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that you do not see happen very often and it’s a case where Priest didn’t do anything wrong. There are only so many things that can be done to make it work and unfortunately Priest didn’t get to work on a rather big show. Thankfully there is nothing wrong with him and it was just a situation that was outside of everyone’s control.

What do you think of Priest’s time as champion? Who should take the title from him? Let us know in the comments below.
