He disagrees. There are certain wrestlers who might be incredibly successful in the ring but there is something that takes place behind the scenes that causes some issues. This might be due to their attitude behind the scenes, which can make for some serious trouble. One of the more controversial stars in wrestling today is now speaking out against some of the bigger allegations against him.

Last year, CM Punk was fired from AEW amid stories of backstage attitude issues and clashes with a variety of wrestlers. Punk was asked about the incidents, including allegations that he was a “cancer” backstage during an appearance on the Masked Man Show and said “that’s all bulls***.”
Punk went on to say that someone’s attitude towards him determines how he is back to them. At the same time, Punk said that there were “certain people” who would spread lies and say various things about him because they could not control him. Punk did not name anyone in particular and said that people should make their own judgments about him.

Opinion: To say this topic has been discussed to death would be an understatement, as Punk’s time in AEW feels like it has been talked about even longer than he was there in the first place. I’m not sure why everything went wrong there, but the time that Punk had in front of the camera went fairly well. It’s a shame that there wasn’t more continuity backstage, but it is certainly not something people have forgotten about just yet.
