It was a busy night. Titles are one of the most important concepts in all of wrestling, as wrestlers who get to hold shiny belts are often viewed as some of the most important stars in a promotion. It can be a big deal to have someone win a championship, especially on one of the bigger shows of the year. That was the situation this weekend as multiple titles changed hands.

There were four title changes over the weekend at TNA Hard To Kill 2024. First up, Crazzy Steve defeated Tommy Dreamer on the pre-show in a no disqualification match to win the Digital Media Title. Later, on the main show, the returning Decay defeated MK Ultra to win the Knockouts Tag Team Titles. Third, Jordynne Grace defeated Trinity to win her third Knockouts Title. Finally, Moose defeated Alex Shelley to become a two Time World Champion in the show’s main event. X-Division Champion Chris Sabin and Tag Team Champions ABC retained their titles.

Opinion: This is the kind of night that you need to have, especially from a big show with a promotion that is trying to start off on a new foot. There were multiple new champions, which open up multiple new doors for TNA. I’m liking what we might be seeing coming from this and that is one of the best outcomes you can have from any wrestling show. Now just make this stuff work.
