This could be interesting brother. Hulk Hogan was in the news a lot last year over his lawsuit against Gawker Media over the leak of a sex tape involving Hogan. This resulted in a huge trial with Hogan eventually winning a judgment of over $100 million which was later settled for $31 million that resulted in Gawker’s closing.
According to Deadline.com, a documentary
has been made on the subject with the title “Nobody Speak: Hulk Hogan, Gawker and the Trials of a Free Press”. The documentary will be made available to the public on January 24 but Netflix has won a bidding war (for about $2 million) for the exclusive streaming rights.
I’d be very hesitant about this. Hogan got out of this with some embarrassing moments and a fortune. Do we really need a documentary about the ordeal which is only going to have even more people talking about the thing? Hogan would be better off just going off and enjoying his money but maybe it won’t be so bad.
