Right on time? WrestleMania is the biggest show of the WWE year and this year’s edition was no exception. The show was again a two night event with the Rock being a major focal point. The Rock headlined the first night of the show and then got involved in the main event of the second night. That is a busy schedule, but now WWE has had to deny a report about Rock’s behavior over the weekend.

The Wrap has a new story talking about how the Rock is regularly late to his movie sets. The story included a report from a “WWE Insider” who said that Rock was three hours late arriving to Lincoln Financial Field on WrestleMania Saturday. However, WWE Global Communications And Talent Relations Department head Chris Legentil denied the report, saying Rock was early for the show and helped with rehearsal, referring to him as a pleasure to work with. According to Wrestlinginc.com, Rock was said to be late to a WWE World fan event, though this was due to other WWE appearances and heavy traffic.
The Rock did well during his most recent run. Check out what he was doing:
Opinion: It is almost hard to fathom that Rock would show up this late to WrestleMania, as that would have put him getting to the show around the time fans were already outside tailgating. While it’s possible, that would be a heck of a misfire from someone who is literally helping to run the company. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was something to Rock being late in some way, but this sounds rather extreme.
What do you think of the report? What should Rock do when he returns to WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
