Former WWE referee Earl Hebner appeared on his son Brian Hebner’s Reffin It Up podcast, where he was asked if he felt he deserved induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. Earl said that he did, citing what he had done for the business and the matches he refereed over the years. However, Earl also said that the decision on an induction came from WWE rather than him. Earl was with WWE from 1988-2005.

Opinion: WWE inducting Earl wouldn’t be the biggest stretch as he certainly has the credentials to go in. There is no more famous referee in company history, if not wrestling as a whole. What do you think of Earl’s claims? Will he be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame? Let us know in the comments below.
