The Man Speaks: Becky Lynch Talks Her Future WWE Plans, Where She Wants To Retire

She wants to stay. WWE has been in the middle of several changes in recent months and that has included the roster. The company has brought back several past wrestlers and now, under the new ownership, it remains to be seen where things go from here. WWE has quite a selection of talented wrestlers and it has to do what it can to keep them around. Now one of its biggest Superstars might be making it a lot easier.

Becky Lynch recently spoke with Strutting From Gorilla, where she was asked if she wanted to spend the rest of her career in WWE. Lynch responded by saying “Absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely.” and talking about her love of WWE growing up. She went on to say that it is the only place where she wants to wrestle and said it is where she will retire. This comes amid reports that Lynch’s current WWE deal expires at some point in 2024. There is no word on how close the two sides are on a new deal.

Opinion: It shouldn’t be much of a surprise that Lynch will want to stay in WWE. She is the most successful star in the history of women’s wrestling and one of the biggest stars in WWE today. Throw in her husband being another one of the top stars and it would stunned if she wanted to wrestle elsewhere. If WWE is interested in keeping her, and there is no reason they shouldn’t be, I can’t imagine it would be hard to work out a new deal.
