He’s still got it. Wrestlers have a lot of things to keep track of, including making sure they stay in shape. That is one of the harder things to do when they are in the ring several nights a week and regularly traveling. Once a wrestler’s career winds down though, the wrestlers have a better chance to focus in the gym. That is certainly clear with a current wrestling legend.

WWE Hall Of Fame Kevin Nash has posted a picture of his biceps and arms to Instagram, showing off his muscular definition. Nash, 63, said that he is trying to get in shape as his 64th birthday, on July 9, approaches. Nash last wrestled on August 10, 2018 and has been mostly retired from wrestling full time since 2011, though he still hosts a podcast discussing the wrestling industry.

Opinion: One thing that wrestlers do not get enough credit for is their athleticism and physique. They are able to put in the work to become quite the physical specimen who are in rather good shape. That is the case with Nash, who is rather ripped despite being in his 60s. It’s rather impressive and it is nice to see him putting in that kind of effort with such results.
