Under The Knife: WWE Legend Set To Undergo Another Neck Surgery

That’s a big one. Wrestling is a physical sport and there are all kinds of problems that can come up as a result. One of the worst is the injury issue, as wrestlers can do all kinds of things to their bodies over their careers, many of which continue after they are out of the ring. That is the case with another wrestling legend, who is going to have to go back to the operating room.

During a recent edition of the Kurt Angle Show, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle revealed that he will be undergoing neck surgery early in 2024. Angle talked about how he is having artificial discs inserted into his neck with the hope of helping with his motor skills. This includes a lack of grip strength and the muscles in his arms atrophying. The recovery time for his surgery is expected to be about two weeks. Angle has suffered from neck injuries throughout his career, often referencing his issues in promos.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that happens every so often and hopefully Angle is able to get back to full health as soon as possible. His neck has been a problem for a long time now and it would be terrible for that to continue. For now though, it seems that he is trying to do something to make things better and it would be great for him to be able to be back to his normal self.
