There was more to it. Summerslam has come and gone and as tends to be the case, it was one of the biggest events on the WWE calendar. There were several major matches on the card and multiple titles changed hands. One of the title changed stood out as the match did not exactly go as others did. It turns out there was something a bit different originally planned than what we saw.

At Summerslam, Bron Breakker defeated Sami Zayn to win the Intercontinental Title, his first championship on the main roster. The match lasted a bit less than six minutes and saw Breakker win with the spear. It went well. Check out what we got, plus the two in the ring:
Opinion: This is one of those things that makes sense when you hear it, but at the same time, I kind of liked the shorter match. It felt like the idea was Zayn tried to outsmart Breakker and have him make a mistake, only to get run over over in short order by the power and athleticism. They could have gone a bit longer, but what we got did wind up working out.
