The card keeps getting bigger. AEW has a pay per view schedule that is very different than what WWE does. The company presents a pay per view about every three months, which makes their events feel that much more important. They know how to put together a show that feels like a big deal and that is what they are doing again with Double Or Nothing. Now we know more of what they have planned.
AEW announced two more matches for the Double Or Nothing card this week on Dynamite. First, Tag Team Champions Jurassic Express issued a challenge to Team Taz and Swerve Strickland/Keith Lee for a triple threat match. Later in the show, the Jericho Appreciation Society and the team of Jon Moxley/Bryan Danielson/Santana/Ortiz/Eddie Kingston agreed to meet in a Gang Warfare match, which will mean no rules and anything goes. Double Or Nothing is scheduled to take place on May 29.
Opinion: I’m starting to get hyped up for Double Or Nothing as the show has mostly taken shape. One of the best things about this time is that the stories are starting to come to their finales. AEW has stretched some of these feuds out a little longer than they should be going so hopefully they can wrap them up and move on. Either way, the show should be good and that is all you can ask for.
