In a virtual signing with K&S WrestleFest, AEW’s Jake Hager has announced that he is retired from mixed martial arts and focusing on wrestling. Hager says he had been training last year but Bellator MMA was “jerking him off”, causing him to retire. Hager, 41 years old, retires from MMA with a career 3-0-1 record. His most recent fight took place in October 2020.
