Tick tock? There have been all kinds of changes taking place in WWE in recent months, including several switches on the roster. This means wrestlers signing new deals with the company or walking away when their current deals expire. That can make for some major surprises, and now one of the more prominent stars in WWE is getting close to having his time run out.

Earlier this year, Kevin Owens revealed that he had about nine months left on his current WWE deal, which would see his contract expire sometime around February 2025. In a new interview with Sports Illustrated’s The Takedown, Owens revealed that he has not signed a new deal, saying the only change is that he has less time left on his current contract. There is no word on what Owens is planning to do in regards to signing a new deal or not. Owens is currently scheduled to challenge Cody Rhodes for the WWE Title at Bash In Berlin this coming Saturday.

Owens is a major star. Check out his recent efforts in WWE:

Opinion: It is hard to fathom that Owens will not re-sign but it seems that it is a possibility. That being said, there are still several months to go before his deal expires and the two sides could absolutely still come to terms on a new agreement. Owens has been doing some great things in WWE as of late and has been around for a long time, but we’ll have to see if that is going to continue long term.
