Hopefully that puts an end to things. One of the more head turning stories of the last few months has been Jordan Myles accusing WWE of being racist over a t-shirt. In just a few weeks, Myles went from seemingly just another member of the NXT roster to someone who was making it very clear that he wanted out of the company one way or another. It was clear that he would not be back with WWE anytime soon and now things have taken what seems to be the final step.
On Thursday, Myles sent out a Tweet saying “Kingisback” and showing him signing a paper, which may have been a release or a contract to wrestle elsewhere. He would also send out a tweet advertising himself appearing at a Heavy Metal Wrestling event in San Antonio, Texas on Friday November 22. WWE also responded to an inquiry from Wrestlinginc.com, saying that Myles is no longer under contract with the company.

It was fun while it lasted. Check out Myles’ career highlight in WWE:
Opinion: You had to know this was coming after how far everything went in such a hurry. What else was WWE going to do here? It’s not like they could ever bring him back and it wasn’t like Myles was a big star in the company in the first place. This was a huge mess in a hurry and letting Myles leave was the only solution that they had. It wasn’t something that was going to work in any fashion so this is the best solution all around and ends a pretty nasty split which came out of nowhere.
Did Myles go too far with what he said? Will he ever make it to another big promotion? Let us know in the comments below.
