That would be a different way to go. There are certain ways to go to finish off a feud and one of the best ways to do so it with a special kind of match. After wrestlers have done everything they can in a regular match or two, it might be time to move on to something bigger, and that is what WWE seems to have planned for a feud that has been rather violent over the last few months.

Cody Rhodes defeated Brock Lesnar at Backlash in May but Lesnar evened the score later in the month at Night Of Champions. Rhodes has made it clear that he wants to fight Lesnar again but a third match has yet to be announced. Previous reports suggested that the match would feature a stipulation that had not been used in WWE in “a while”. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, a bull rope match has been considered, though this has NOT been made official. The match would likely take place at Summerslam on August 5. A bull rope match has not taken place in WWE since the 2007 Great American Bash.
It’s a big one. Check out how we got here, plus the match that might have inspired this one:
Opinion: I could go for this one and it would make sense, if nothing else with Rhodes’ family having a history with the match and Lesnar being a cowboy. It’s a match that could get very violent in a hurry and that is the point of something like this, as they have a reason to want to hurt each other. Make something like this work and we should be in for a heck of a fight, assuming it is the direction they take.
