Earned It: Popular AEW Star Taking Time Off Due To Various Injuries

He’s earned it. There are all kinds of injuries in wrestling which can result in wrestlers being very banged up. These things can build up over time and result in wrestlers needing to take some time off. At the same time, there will occasionally be similar issues that take place outside of the ring. That is the situation with an AEW star and he is going to be taking some time off.

According to Fightful Select by way of Cagesideseats.com, Darby Allin will be taking some time away from the ring to deal with various injuries. Allin suffered a broken foot during a match in March against Jay White and was then hit by a bus in New York City. Allin returned to the ring on May 26 at Double Or Nothing. There is no word on when he will be able to wrestle again.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that needs to happen every so often, as Allin has quite the string of injuries taking place. He needs a breather to heal things up before things get worse, as he already has a broken foot and then got hit by a bus to make it worse. Thankfully he is doing what he should do and getting a break, which he has earned over the years.
