The dangers of WrestleMania. We’re less than twenty four hours removed from WrestleMania 35 and that means it’s time to deal with the fallout. With Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live getting all the focus, we also have to deal with everything that took place last night, including the various injuries that may have took place. As it turns out, there are two big ones to deal with.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, both AJ Styles and Ronda Rousey were injured at WrestleMania. Rousey suffered a broken hand during the main event while throwing punches and there is no word on whether or not she will be appearing on Monday Night Raw. Styles’ injury isn’t known at the moment but he will not be appearing on either television show this week.
Maybe you can see the injury. Check out Styles vs. Randy Orton from WrestleMania:
Opinion: While it’s too early to know how serious this is, there’s nothing good about an injury. For Styles to miss such an important show, he must be banged up pretty badly. It’s hard to say whether or not Rousey was going to be on Monday Night Raw anyway as she is rumored to be leaving, though this probably didn’t help things. Hopefully they’re both back sooner rather than later.
Which of these injuries is more damaging? What is next for both of them? Let us know in the comments below.
