From big to small. Last night on Monday Night Raw, Stephanie McMahon announced a special stipulation for an upcoming match at Tables, Ladders And Chairs. Acting General Manager Baron Corbin will be putting his job status on the line against Braun Strowman, who is fighting for a shot at the Universal Title. If Corbin loses, he’s out of power as General Manager, meaning he would need a replacement. So who might that be?
According to PW Insider Elite Audio by way of Ringsidenews.com, WWE is considering replacing Corbin with Alexa Bliss as the General Manager of Monday Night Raw. Bliss is currently on the injured list due to a concussion and there is no timetable for her return to the ring. She has recently been wearing more business attire and was the captain of the Monday Night Raw women’s team for Survivor Series.
Here’s Bliss in charge:
Opinion: I mean, it’s not the worst idea in the world, especially since Corbin hasn’t exactly blown the roof off the place in the role. Corbin can just be a wrestler again while Bliss might not be able to get back in the ring for a long time. That being said, it’s rather sad if someone as talented as Bliss can’t wrestle for the time being. She’s incredibly talented but there’s not much you can do when it comes to a head injury.
Do you like the idea of Bliss as the boss? Who else should it be? Let us know in the comments below.
