Another prominent star is going to be getting the chance to make a decision and there might be some intrigue of his decision.

As previously reported, Kevin Owens’ WWE deal is set to expire at the end of the year. According to Fightful Select, Owens has been approached about signing a new deal but currently has not signed a new contract. Should Owens become a free agent, AEW is expected to make an offer, though there is no word on where Owens would be more likely to sign. Owens has been working with Randy Orton in recent weeks.

Opinion: This is where things could get interesting, as Owens is a star who could go to either promotion. While he has been around WWE for a long time and had quite a bit of success, he has a lot of friends in AEW and might want a new challenge. I could see it going either way and that is what makes things that much more interesting, especially with so little time left.
