This is looking bad. We’re nearly two weeks removed from WrestleMania 35 and a lot has gone on since then. Not only have we had the Superstar Shakeup to change the rosters around, but at the same time there have been a few names we haven’t seen since the show. One of those is a pretty beloved figure and now it might be even longer before we see him again.
According to Ringsidenews.com, Daniel Bryan has been pulled from all upcoming house shows, though he is still advertised to face WWE Champion Kofi Kingston at Tuesday’s SmackDown taping in Lincoln, Nebraska, likely in a dark match. Bryan has been out of action as of late with an undisclosed injury and has not appearance on WWE TV since WrestleMania when he lost the WWE Championship to Kingston.
Hopefully he’s healthy soon. Check out what a full speed Bryan can do:
Opinion: Egads I hope this isn’t as bad as it sounds. Bryan is one of the great performers of our (or any) generation and it’s been awesome seeing him run wild with the new persona. I really hope he’s not injured long term, but given his history it’s going to be the first thing that people think of. That’s not the worst way of thinking in the world either, as you would think WWE would tell you if it was a knee injury or something like that instead.
Have you liked Bryan’s heel run? What do you want to see him do when he comes back? Let us know in the comments below.
