And done. There are all kinds of wrestlers on the WWE roster and as a result, there will often be turnover with the people involved. Occasionally there are going to be people who leave for one reason or another, some of which are less than positive. That can lead to some surprising moments, which seemed to be the case earlier this week and is now all but confirmed.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: On The Market: WWE Selling Longtime Company Symbol

This week, news broke that Odyssey Jones had been removed from the WWE roster for reasons that are still unclear. According to PWInsider.com, while Jones has not been officially released, he has been removed from WWE’s internal roster, meaning that he is all but officially gone from the company. There was also a rumor that Jones had been arrested in Arkansas, but it appears to be a situation where someone with the same name as Jones (real name Omari Palmer) was arrested, as the age and details do not match Jones. It is not clear why Jones was let go from the company.

He didn’t get a last match. Check out some final matches in WWE history:

Opinion: I’m not sure what is going on with Jones but it does not seem like he is going to be around WWE anytime soon. There almost has to be some important moment that changed everything about the situation, as Jones going from a full time Monday Night Raw star to out of the company seemingly overnight would be bizarre otherwise. Hopefully we get to find out some more about this, as it’s quite the strange situation.
