It was at the 205 Live event in Poughkeepsie, New York where Hardy decided to hold the Q&A in promotion of the event and the upcoming ‘Raw 25’ show.
Here is a rundown of what Hardy had to say:
- Hardy explains he has had to council the 205 Live roster as they have a ‘spot monkey addiction’ and while they are exciting performers, he is worried about their longevity.
- He blames Bray Wyatt’s actions on Sister Abigail and because of that- Wyatt must be ‘deleted.’ He begins to sing Brother Nero’s ‘Obsolete’ song by PeroxWhy?Gen.
- On his ‘Raw’ memories- he mentions his May 1993 debut against Nikoli Volkoff, his tag team Ladder match with his brother against Edge & Christian, being United States Champion, attacking Edge, the feud against his brother and finally- when he became ‘Woken’ during the Wyatt match.
- Hardy says he is excited to see ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, claiming Austin likes to ‘delete’ his beverages. Scott Hall is another name, who his brother faced in his 1993 debut. He is excited to interact with them all.
- He believes several legends would benefit from being ‘Woken.’ He mentioned a ‘Woken’ Austin as an example- quoting the famous catchphrase. “And that’s the bottom line… Cos’ Stone Cold said so!”
- He has made arrangements for the ‘nefarious’ Brother Nero to appear on ‘Raw’ for the first time since his injury. More on this below.
- After he is finished with Wyatt, he wants to ‘delete’ The Miz and Roman Reigns.
- He intends to ‘delete’ 29 other superstars at the ‘Royal Rumble’ and go on to the ‘Showcase of Immortals’- which he claims is a fitting place for his “woken wisdom that is nearly two thousand and ten years old.” It is the perfect place for him to win the “championship of the world” or the “championship of the multiverse.”
- Hardy claims he gets chills talking about The Undertaker, who is nearly four thousand years old. He has a strong suspicion we haven’t seen the last from him. He has an enormous amount of respect for ‘The Phenom’ and gives him props as possibly the most magical superstar in the history of WWE.
- He loves the New York fans and ‘Raw 25’ will be a celebration for the fans of WWE. He will be looking for Wyatt.
- The “Completion of the Deletion” for Wyatt will happen sooner than people think.
- The Mid-Hudson Civic Center where they are filming at is the location where he had met Queen Rebecca as their souls connected for the first time in nearly thirty years. They created a beautiful family in Lord Wolfgang and King Maxel.
- He tells everyone to endulge in ‘Raw 25.’ Legends, ‘Woken’ names and Brother Neros.
Specifically with Jeff, this will be his first appearance on ‘Raw’ since he was injured back in September last year. He would go on to have successful rotator cuff surgery the following month.
Hardy had the following to say:
“I have been sprinkling agua from the Lake of Reincarnation all over the nefarious Brother Nero’s shoulder, yeees, it is rapidly repairing. It is quickly being refurbished. And before you know it, he will be stronger than EVAH! Tomorrow, Brother Nero … Jeff Hardy … The Charismatic Enigma … he will be on your TV screen. And I find it absolutely intoxicating!”
With H/T to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet for the quote.
