Update on the Condition of Fred Ottman Is Doing After Recent Injury

We have an update on the condition of WWE legend Fred Ottman (aka The Shockmaster, Typhoon, and Tugboat) after he was injured, as we previously reported.

After Lanny Poffo and Lisa Marie Varon (aka Victoria in WWE, Tara in Impact Wrestling) asked fans to send prayers to Ottman due to him being in bad health- Ottman has come forward this week to provide an update.

Ottman, aged 61, posted a video on Monday to his Facebook account where he spoke about his injury- which included what it was and how he is dealing with everything.

He began the video with a smile, claiming he feels “perkier,” adding that he still has a way to go, with medicine still required for the next four days.

Continuing, he explained that he has been dealing with an infection in his left leg which he got after bumping his foot hard on something.

The now-retired wrestler thanked everyone for the prayers and keeping him in their thoughts.

The legendary wrestler announced that he would be appearing at the ‘Legends of Wrestling II’ professional wrestling and sports convention via a Facebook post.

This would require travel from his residence in Saint Petersburg, Florida to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This suggests he is on the road to recovering fast.
