At the ‘Smackdown Live’ event in Osaka, Japan AJ Styles represented The Club by wearing a mask to the ring for his match, according to WrestlingInc.

Here, Styles would face Kevin Owens in a match for the WWE United States Championship. Styles would ultimately win that match.

The mask wasn’t worn in the ring by the former WWE Champion. He took it off once he got in the ring, as the images we will show you indicate.

For those familiar with the career of Styles, they will know that prior to working with WWE, Styles was heavily involved with New Japan Pro Wrestling and wrestled in Japan as part of that promotion.

We noted earlier today that Styles and many other WWE superstars went to a restaurant with a bunch of NJPW stars. You can see that footage here.
